It’s not too late to join a Pilates Classes
Beginners Welcome at all classes…
You can start straight away by booking on the website and paying for your classes individually, and if you enjoy it consider block booking to guarantee your place.
The new block starts on Monday 6 January and finishes on Friday 28 February. This block is eight weeks long. Booking opens on 16 December.
Pay as you go classes cost £8.75 per session but block booking reduces the price to £8 per session for once a week, £7.50 per session for twice a week and £7 per session for three times a week.
Signing up for a package will guarantee your place and mean you don’t have to pay for each session separately and it will also help motivate you to keep going through the winter months.
Each week we complete a full body workout. Some weeks we use stretchy bands to strengthen our arms and upper body, other weeks we use the heavier bands over our legs to improve leg and glutes shaping and tone. We even use Pilates Circles or balls to intensify the workout or long bands for reformer inspired moves, these are all provided and optional, you can introduce them when you are ready.
